Dr. Waters is a seasoned pharmacist and entrepreneur with a passion for improving healthcare accessibility. His journey in the pharmaceutical field began in 2004 when he started working at an independent pharmacy in Fallston, NC. Over the years, he honed his skills in medication management, patient care, and business operations, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

In 2014, Dr. Waters graduated from Wingate University School of Pharmacy, further deepening his knowledge and commitment to the field. Armed with his education and practical experience, he embarked on a remarkable entrepreneurial journey.

In 2015, Dr. Waters realized his dream of owning his own pharmacy when he was brought in as Co-owner of Bowman Drug Company in Conover, NC. As the proprietor, he dedicated himself to providing personalized services to the community while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and staff.

Driven by his desire to innovate and improve healthcare accessibility, Dr. Waters expanded his ventures in 2020 by founding Waters Consulting Services. Through strategic partnerships with local Direct Primary Care (DPC) offices, he pioneered an initiative to offer low-cost generic medications directly to patients within the clinics. This initiative not only empowered patients with affordable healthcare solutions but also streamlined medication management for healthcare providers.

During his free time away from all things pharmacy, he cherishes his time spent with his wife and two boys. Whether its a quiet evening at home or an adventurous outing, its these moments that recharge him and reminds him of the why behind what he does.
